Bungalow Design project

KAREN NAIROBI

To design a bungalow in a rustic style and achieve exactly what the client wants, it is important to have a clear understanding of the client's preferences and needs. This can be achieved through effective communication and active listening. I designed to incorporate natural materials, warm colors, and rustic textures in the design. Additionally, paying attention to details such as lighting and furniture selection can help achieve the desired rustic style.

Villa Design project

MIGORI, KENYA

Designing a high-end bungalow that's located far from the city had its own challenges, as the client wanted a design style that complements the surrounding landscape and reflects the owner's taste. High-end finishes such as marble, granite, and hardwood can create an elegant look. I had to plan the layout carefully to ensure that the bungalow is functional and met the owner's needs. Consider the number of rooms, their size, and their location.

Commercial Design project

NAIROBI, KENYA

A shop for sweet treats - CHAPPAN BHOG, that has been designed with gold and brown interiors just as delicious as the treats. The inspiration for the entire design - Gulab jamun ( 'Rose water berry' or 'Rose berry') is an Indian sweet confectionary or dessert, that is brown on the outside and yellowish cream on the inside, with some slivered almonds that where the textured gold ceiling came from. The wall with the graphic representation comes from the packaging of the sweet treats of the store.
